The owner Michael Brown has lived in the Charlotte region for more than 45 years and has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience – brokerage, development and construction. Mike started his commercial real estate career as a Senior Broker for Prudential Charlotte Commercial Real Estate. He was also the vice president of Southeast Commercial Real Estate Group before starting Citi South Commercial Real Estate Advisors.
His experience includes representing clients with all types of land sales for development, residential, retail apartments, office, industrial warehouse, NASCAR team shops, 1031 exchanges and investments. Over the years we have represented owners, developers and national builders alike. He has received numerous awards over the years – Deal Maker of the Year, Top Producer, National Chairmen’s Club, National Presidents Club, CRCBR Multi-Million Dollar Club (yearly) and Listing Leader to name a few.
